P: awesome kicking time at the gym... and I didn't want to go whatsoever... but it was a lets try a 5K again type of day... quads feeling sore but tolerable... shaved off 4 minutes from the last time (Saturday)... ran 1 whole mile with out stopping on 5.1mph and did a few sprints in there at 5.5 and 6.0 felt super good... almost wanted to do more but know not to push it read: burnout I took off my glasses today and it was all blurry which may have been a motivator, because I couldn't check my status every 3 seconds... just kept thinking about breathing slower and keeping pace... I also think not worrying about having a SUPER upbeat song was good... then I didn't 'race' myself to much... tonight's favorite lyrics were... from Free To Be Me by Francesca Battistelli

C: went to the craft cottage today... love some new paper and such... and we all know I don't need any more! Then it was off to the folks for lunch, and to de-decorate the last of their tree..
