the 10 commandments

P: got a physical. wowzers haven't had one in a long time.  all is good... at least for now.  and hopefully all the titers, drug tests, skin tests, weight lifting, etc... will come back negative/ clear/ good!

C: most days end like this...

the warmth of home.

workout clothes still on... fireplace on... candles lit... simple & quite. rest.
