P: can I just say I am not one for tests... I know, I'm in the medical field... but they still are NOT my thing... and today I found myself getting a TB test... although probably the most enjoyable one ever, it still its uncomfortable... just needed to say that.
body pump... keep pumping those weights.. then a little over a 1/2 mile on the treadmill
and we have been having the most amazing sunrises and sunsets ever around this place... beautiful.

C: my dinner was all I could dream up... and let me tell you, I didn't follow the recipe on the box and my waffles were so good.
